TAGGING
Thanks to our "state of the art" online tagging system we are the most advanced sale in the Upstate. Our consignors will receive an online inventory list
and can see what they have sold online during the sale. WOW! We can also ensure fast and accurate check out. The process is simple once you become familiar with it.
You'll love it and can kiss those index cards GOODBYE!!
1) GET PRICE TAGS
  Price tags may be purchased at Office Depot, Target, Walmart, Staples or other office supply stores. They must be this size: 1 3/32 in. X 1 3/4 in. or
bigger. They come in bunches of 100 or 500.
2) GATHER & ORGANIZE
The more organized you are the quicker drop off will be! Order your items by GENDER and SIZE before you start. Bring your inventory sheet with you.
3) PREPARE YOUR ITEMS
Wash, iron, repair buttons, gather loose pieces of toys and do whatever is necessary to ensure that your items are in excellent condition. Items will be returned that do not meet our guidelines. See the Merchandise Preparation Section for a full description of the guidelines.
4) COMPUTER ENTRY - Its easy and fun!!
 Gather your clothes/items beside you at the computer.
REGISTER AND TRAIN -
You will be asked to complete some training screens to assure that we are on the same wavelength regarding quality, pricing and organization.
(*Not all of the training information on the quiz applies to Switch-A-Roos.
Please refer to our site for the correct information.
Please use your best judgment on pricing your items.)

Below you can Click on the REGISTER button and it will allow you to sign up to be a consignor.
You will be asked for your name, address, email and you will choose your own password (write it down).
Please carefully read the brief summery below before clicking the register button -- it will help you understand the system a little better.
*Also, please remember to go to #7 and sign up for a DROP-OFF time after you receive your ID#.
ENTER YOUR DISCRIPTIONS AND PRICES INTO THE SYSTEM.
For each item -- you will enter a description and price. Do this carefully and accurately.
You do not have to enter all of your items at one time.
You will be able to SAVE
your items and come back later.
When you come back to start again click on the " CONSIGNOR LOGIN"
which is located at the top of the opening page of our website. You will be asked to enter your ID# and your password.
You will then be able to continue working on your entries. You may stop and SAVE your entry list anytime and come back as many
times as necessary.

On your last entry screen you will have the option to choose which items you would like to
DONATE if they do not sell.
(Please be generous with your donations so they can go to help those who are less fortunate!)
PRINTING YOUR INVENTORY SHEET
You will need to print your inventory sheet after you have finished the donate screen. Please bring a copy with you on drop off day.
During the sale you will be able to view your inventory list and see which items are sold.
TAG & NUMBER YOUR GARMENTS
OPTIONAL: To help you keep your items in order, you may need to write the assigned number onto each corresponding tag.
If you are concerned about missing tags, please put a small piece of masking tape with your ID# on the inside of each item. Please place on the inside, under the tag of the clothing and on the inside of shoes.
5) BARCODED STICKERS
 WE WILL PRINT AND MAIL YOUR BARCODED STICKERS TO YOU WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED ENTERING YOUR ITEMS.
Our last mail out date will be
Tuesday, July 27th. This will ensure that you have time to receive your bar-coded stickers through the mail.
If you have not finished entering your items -- it is okay!
You can come to the Carolina First Center and pick them up during
your drop off time,
*Be sure to arrive early -- BEFORE your scheduled drop off time so that you will have time to apply your bar-coded stickers to your labels.
All items must be entered into the system by Tuesday, August 3rd at 12
noon.
6) APPLY YOUR BARCODED STICKERS TO YOUR PRICE TAGS!!
7) DROP OFF!
Drop off day is
Monday, August 2nd 1:30pm - 7pm or Tuesday, August 3rd from 9:00am - 7:00pm.. Click on button below to view our drop off schedule!
Please sign up for an appointment as soon as you have received your ID# (account #).
8) PICK UP DAY
Pick up day is
Tuesday, August 10th from 12pm - 6pm. Any items not picked up by
6:00pm will be donated. Switch-A-Roos is NOT responsible for missing items.
